This is me with two of my favourite things: my camera (on my iPhone!) and my bike, in my favourite place, the sunshine. I love being out and about and its a good job because as a mum of two little ones I am constantly running around. This blog is where I take a break from the craziness...
And so, welcome to my little corner of the blogosphere. I love writing and though I am a lawyer by profession and have spent the last 10 years working as a barrister in London, I have always dabbled in creativity: photography, life drawing, cookery, knitting etc. This blog began shortly before I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark, with my husband and two young children. Whilst on a career break I've indulged my passions and attempted to seek out the beauty (or the sublime!) in every day. Nearly two years into our Danish adventure, our new home continues to surprise and inspire me - the people, the weather and the language in equal measure! But where there are challenges, there are usually rewards and all around me there is something beautiful to be enjoyed.
